Transfer the solution into a spray bottle for simple application or treat a clean, white cloth in the solution and ring out the excess moisture so it is damp. Leave the solution on the area or areas for 5-10 minutes. Following the wait, use a dry, clean cloth to absorb the solution and odors with blotting technique.
4) Finish Upholstery Cleaning. The area will likely be damp, sprinkle straight baking soda on the area and let it sit over night or for several hours. The baking soda will life any lingering odors and pull out the moisture. Once it is dry, vacuum the area well to remove all the baking soda particles.
