I made a last minute appointment for my living/dinning room and they got me in the next day and even called to see if I would like an earlier appointment since they had a cancellation. The tech came right on time and explained the service and we went over the stains we saw on the carpet and what we could not. I am in a rental home and my trained dog had started to mark so I thought there might have been a pet here before. He got all the stains up and the carpet looks great! I can’t wait to have him back in December to do the whole house.
