Gave these guys a try based on other reviews. They do not disappoint! I called on Friday and was able to have someone out at the house the next day. As many have mentioned previously, everyone is an absolute pleasure to work with – doesn’t try to upsell you and hands out the best deal he can. He got our basement carpets clean and was in and out in about an hour. That included a 15 minute assessment of the job when he got to the house. PS – our basement carpets were dry in under 2 hours. Worth every penny
